Our team in Sarajevo currently has around 25 AI solution developers and researchers, in addition to our corporate ARTI Analytics Inc. office in Silicon Valley, USA.

What You Will Do

Learn about ARTI’s products, services, customers, and target markets

Interview technical and business team members to collect product and project information

Translate complex technical concepts into clear and credible business content

Draft product descriptions, solution briefs, case studies, website content, company news, and presentation materials

Support the development of marketing collateral for selected ARTI products

Prepare marketing versions of customer success stories and technical project descriptions

Support the preparation and improvement of ARTI’s corporate and product presentations

Research competitors in artificial intelligence, enterprise software, data platforms, analytics, and knowledge management

Compare competitor products, capabilities, messaging, customers, deployment models, and use cases

Research publicly available pricing, licensing, packaging, and commercial information

Prepare competitor profiles, comparison tables, market summaries, and positioning analyses

Identify product differentiators, customer needs, market gaps, and emerging opportunities

Review and edit existing materials to improve clarity, consistency, grammar, and terminology

Verify product claims and supporting information with ARTI’s technical teams

Support the planning, coordination, and continuous improvement of ARTI’s visual identity, branding, social media presence, and marketing design materials across digital and corporate channels.

What We Are Looking For

Excellent written and spoken English

Strong writing, editing, research, and analytical skills

Ability to understand technical information and communicate it clearly to nontechnical audiences

Ability to organize and summarize information from multiple sources

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Good interviewing and communication skills

Interest in artificial intelligence, enterprise software, technology, and digital transformation

Basic understanding of product marketing, market research, customer segmentation, product positioning, or competitive analysis

Ability to follow a structured workplan, meet deadlines, and incorporate feedback

Professional judgment when presenting product capabilities and marketing claims

Experience with office tools, online research tools, or AI-assisted content tools is an advantage

Internship Structure

🏢 The internships are full-time, office-based internships at ARTI Analytics d.o.o. in Sarajevo

⏳ The internship duration is 2 months

💰 All internship positions are paid

🚀 Based on performance, motivation, and company needs, there is a possibility of internship extension or transition into full-time employment

🤝 Each intern will work with experienced mentors and participate in real project activities

📚 The internship is designed to provide practical experience, professional development, and exposure to real AI and software engineering projects

Requirements

Final-year bachelor’s student, master’s student, recent graduate, or young professional

Background in marketing, communications, journalism, business, economics, information systems, business analytics, computer science, or a related field

Availability for a full-time, hybrid internship in Sarajevo

Previous professional experience is not required

Candidates should be able to provide relevant writing, research, analytical, or presentation samples

The candidate’s field of study will not be the primary selection criterion. Greater importance will be placed on writing quality, research ability, analytical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to understand and simplify technical subject matter.
